For students under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must accept these terms on behalf of the student. By enrolling a minor in our programs, parents or guardians confirm their acceptance of these terms.

2. Use of Our Services

Kalviyon Academy provides educational services including tuition classes, preschool programs, skill development courses (phonics, abacus, Vedic maths), teacher training, and online classes. By using our services, you agree to the following:

• You will provide accurate and complete information when enrolling or registering for programs.
• You will maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials provided for our student portal.
• You will attend classes regularly and adhere to the schedule communicated by our faculty.
• You will not disrupt classes, harass other students or staff, or engage in any behavior that interferes with the learning environment.
• You will not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• For online classes, you will ensure a stable internet connection and appropriate device for participation.

3. Enrollment and Fees

• Enrollment in any program is subject to availability and acceptance by Kalviyon Academy.
• Fees for programs are communicated at the time of enrollment and must be paid as per the agreed schedule.
• Fees once paid are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the specific program terms.
• We reserve the right to modify fee structures for new enrollments. Existing students will be notified in advance of any changes.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided on our website and in our programs—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, worksheets, study materials, videos, and software—is the property of Kalviyon Academy or its content creators and is protected by intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or publish our study materials without prior written consent.
• You may not use our name, logo, or branding without express permission.
• Worksheets and materials provided to students are for personal educational use only and may not be shared, sold, or redistributed.
• Certificates issued by our partners (e.g., Aristo Kids, Super Star Academy) are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the website or services in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, student portal, or user accounts.
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.
• Harassing, abusing, or harming other students, parents, or staff members.
• Recording or distributing online classes without permission.
• Providing false or misleading information during enrollment.

6. Limitations of Liability

Kalviyon Academy provides educational services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Academic results or examination outcomes, as these depend on individual student effort and various other factors.
• Technical issues, outages, or interruptions in online classes due to internet connectivity or third-party platform failures.
• Any actions or omissions by third-party service providers (e.g., payment gateways, Classpro, Google).
• Loss or damage to personal belongings at our physical premises.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific program in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

8. Termination

Kalviyon Academy reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

We also reserve the right to dismiss a student from a program in cases of disciplinary issues, non-payment of fees, or conduct that disrupts the learning environment. In such cases, refunds (if any) will be governed by our refund policy.
